FlowMotiveStudio

Privacy policy

Effective date: 3 October 2026

Operator and scope

Ciorean Vasile operates FlowMotiveStudio and its Organic Publisher project. For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the FlowMotiveStudio Etsy shop using Etsy Messages. Etsy may require you to sign in to send a message.

Organic Publisher is a private integration being developed for FlowMotiveStudio's own Pinterest business account. It prepares and reviews original organic content linking to our Etsy digital products. It does not connect third-party customer accounts or manage advertising. Pinterest API authorization and publishing are not yet active. The sections below distinguish current processing from the planned API integration.

Current processing

We use product reference materials, original images, draft Pin text, destination links and review results to prepare and check content. These materials are stored locally on the operator's device and may be processed with AI assistance provided by OpenAI. The website has no contact form, account registration, payment collection or analytics code added by us. Contact messages are handled through Etsy.

Planned Pinterest integration

After Pinterest approval and the account owner's authorization, the integration is intended to use the authorized account identifier and username, our boards and Pins, publication results, and content supplied for publication: images, titles, descriptions, accessibility text and destination links.

These data will be used to choose the correct account and board, prevent duplicates, publish checked content, verify results and investigate failures. The integration will not request general access to unrelated users' data. Etsy buyer records, orders, payment details and customer contact lists are not needed.

Authorization and security

The planned publisher will use Pinterest OAuth authorization. It will not collect Pinterest passwords or reuse browser session cookies. Authorization tokens must be kept outside AI prompts, public website files and ordinary operational logs. These controls must be implemented and verified before API publishing is enabled.

Current project materials are kept on the operator's local device. Cloudflare hosts this public website, not the local publishing queue or Pinterest credentials. A future change to hosting or account-data processing will be reflected in this policy before that processing begins.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare may process ordinary web request information, such as IP addresses and technical request information, to deliver and protect this website. OpenAI processes the materials supplied for AI-assisted preparation and review. Pinterest will process authorized API requests and published content once the integration is enabled. Etsy processes messages sent through its service. Provider processing and international transfers are subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices.

We do not sell personal information or use account information for unrelated advertising. Pinterest authorization credentials will not be supplied to AI services.

Provider privacy notices: Cloudflare, OpenAI, Pinterest and Etsy.

Retention and deletion

Current product materials and content-review records are retained while needed to maintain the operator's products and publishing work. Unneeded personal information in correspondence or project materials is removed when its purpose ends, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Before API activation, the publisher must provide the following retention controls: temporary account-data caches are deleted within 30 days; operational API logs are retained for up to 90 days; minimal publication identifiers and content hashes are retained while the corresponding publishing workflow remains active to prevent duplicate publication. Tokens are retained only while authorization is needed and removed from local storage after disconnection. These are requirements for the planned integration, not a claim that it is already running.

The account owner can revoke authorization through Pinterest's account controls. Revocation stops further authorized API access. Deleting local records does not automatically delete Pins already published on Pinterest; these can be managed through Pinterest.

Your requests

Contact Ciorean Vasile through the Etsy shop linked above to request information about processing, correction or deletion of personal data, or to raise a privacy concern. Where applicable law provides rights to access, restriction, objection or portability, these requests will be handled accordingly. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. Requests relating to information held independently by a provider should be directed to that provider.

Changes

We update this policy when our data handling or service providers change. The effective date identifies the current public version.
